Booking and cancellation terms
More than 2 months to the beginning of the reservation, 20% of the rental amount is charged as the reservation fee, the remaining 80% is due 1 month before the start of the reservation.
Less than 2 months to the beginning of the reservation, the entire rental amount will be billed at a time.
If the cancellation occurs more than 1 month before the start of the reservation, the payment will be refunded in full. In case of cancellation 1months-2vk before the start of the reservation, half of the amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 2vk before the start of the reservation, the fees paid will not be refunded
. Inhigh season, if cancellation occurs more than 2 months before the start of the reservation, the payment will be refunded in full. In case of cancellation 2 months to 1 month before the start of the reservation, the reservation fee will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 1 month before the start of the reservation, the fees paid will not be refunded
.High season times include ski holiday weeks (vk 8-10), Easter, Midsummer, Christmas and New Year.
NB! If, after cancellation, the property can be re-rented at the same price, the fees paid can be refunded

Delays and compensations
The invoice is sent by email, the payment period is usually 7days, however, so that the payment is due before the start of the rental.
E-invoicing is also possible for businesses.
Door codes and cabin instructions will be emailed a few days before the start of the rental.
If no final cleaning has been ordered and the item is left completely uncleaned, the tenant will be charged an increased cleaning fee (€300). For incomplete final cleaning, the tenant will be partially compensated for this amount in accordance with the estimate of our
cleaning service. With the operationaccording to the instructions, the water in the whirlpool remains good. The water in the jacuzzi is not changed for every rental time. If the water needs to be changed due to non-compliance with the instructions, an additional fee of 300€ will be charged to the
tenant.Please feel free to let us know if something breaks during the rental.
Compensation of damages always on a case-by-case basis.
The object is insured by the owner. In the event of an accident, any deductible and other expenses will be invoiced to the person causing the damage
