Exquisite log cabin on the shores of the bright Räväjärvi lake near Kuusamo's natural attractions and fantastic reef fishing spots. Great fishing and hunting opportunities! The cottage has a main room, a sleeping alcove and a kitchenette. The sauna building has a sauna and a changing room. Additional ski can be found in an annexe/storage building as well as a wooden shed. There are 1 bunk bed in the living room, 1 bunk bed in the sleeping alcove with a double bed in the lower part, 1 bunk bed in the dressing room. The property has electricity and heating is carried out by electric radiators as well as an open fireplace and fireplace. The cottage has a TV, water supply, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, stove/oven, as well as dishes and cutlery. The boat is rented and the outboard is rented separately. Good road to your destination! Distances: Käylä city centre approx. 4 km. Ruka approx. 18 km. Kuusamo city centre approx. 50 km. Oulanga National Park Guidance Centre approx. 15 km, Hauajärvi approx. 25 km. During the summer of 2017, a large barbecue hut was built on the beach and a new nice terrace in the cottage. A new eco-toilet was also built in the fall. There is no pier on the beach, as the beach is hard sandy and long shallow. In addition, the load caused by ice will easily disrupt the pier. Book your own holiday week soon! During winter, the maximum number of people is 4 people. because the sleeping places in the beach sauna are quite humid during the winter when the sauna enters the dressing room with force of moisture. Booking conditions: The reservation fee of 200€ will be paid at the time of booking and the rest no later than one month before the booking date. If the full amount is paid at the time of booking, the rent will be refunded minus the booking fee if the reservation is cancelled no later than one month before the booking date. A billing surcharge of 7€+VAT will be added to the invoice. The landlord has the right to charge a deposit of €200 which will be returned when it is determined that the places are in good condition and all belongings are intact and safe. During the winter period November - April we rent only for a week or the reservation can be shorter if it is scheduled before or after the already booked time.
