Free
use of canoes and rowing boats is available for guests during the summer. In winter, one pair of snowshoes and forest skis and a pair of sleds. Ice jacks as well as jibs and a drill are also available. Cabin wheels can be found in the barn

The kitchen is fully equipped and in the children's room you will find a generous supply of playthings and drawing equipment.
Our old farmhouse has been slowly renovated and modern amenities have been added in a traditional style. The log walls are visible from the inside and additionally insulated and wind-protected from the outside. The house is odorless and healthy. The cottage has WIFI connection.
In addition to a large fireplace, the main building has a kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet/bathroom (hot shower), an entrance
area and a cold porch.
There are sleeping places in one bedroom with a double bed and a spreading bed in the second bedroom, as well as two cots. In addition to the sofa, the Pirti has two wooden beds (“input boxes”).
Between the main house and the barn building there is a courtyard sauna and a fireplace room. In summer, the bath water is supplied from the well by a pump, and in winter the water is carried from the inside. Water is heated on the stove in the cauldron. In addition, a healthy beach sauna should be avoided in summer use. There is also a campfire place on the beach.
The main building has electric heating with wall radiators and in the bathroom, in addition to underfloor heating. In winter, the basal heat when it comes is 18-22 degrees. In general, the temperature can be slightly raised before accommodation with a remotely controlled air heat pump. Electric radiators and an air heat pump ensure that the cabin is not caught by surprise by the cold. Fireplaces provide additional atmospheric warmth if desired. However, the FIREPLACES IN THE MAIN BUILDING may not be used if there is no previous experience of using fireplaces (if necessary, ask the host for more information).
It is possible to charge the electric car from the power plug with its own charging yard, depending on the cost.
Pillows and blankets can be found for six.
Your own bed linen and towels should be provided with the guest. If it is not possible to bring your own, sheets and towels can be found on site for an additional fee of 15€/person.
The final cleaning belongs to the guest, the premises should be left in the same condition and at least as clean as they were when they arrived. If you neglect, you will have to pay a cleaning fee of 350€.
Final cleaning can be ordered as an additional service for 70€ - 350€ depending on the level of cleanliness. If left in good condition, the price is 70€. Cleaning should be ordered well in advance.
Guests have access to the entire accommodation building, as well as a courtyard sauna and fireplace. The beach sauna is also in use but works mainly in summer with lake water. The edge of the field is carried to the shore in accordance with the lamp posts. In winter, the route is usually trodden by snowmobile.
The building is not new although much renovated, something old has been wanted to be preserved for the sake of atmosphere. Please take this into account in use.
The personal belongings of the hosts are in the lockers, please respect the property of others.
The building is not allowed to stay for more than the number of people specified in the reservation.

Moderate cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThe building is not allowed to stay for more than the number of people specified in the reservation. Pets are not allowed. Avoid using strong fragrances and sprays indoors, even taking into account the possible allergy symptoms of future guests. During the winter, the yard is opened with a tractor almost up to the stairs, but if necessary, the staircase and the walkways have to be cleaned of snow yourself. The fireplaces in the main building are free to use if you have previous experience of using fireplaces, otherwise it is forbidden to keep fires in them (ask the host for further instructions). Both saunas are wood-heated and there are separate instructions for their use that should be followed. Detailed instructions on how to heat fireplaces can be found in the accommodation folder, these should be checked even if you are an experienced firekeeper. Guests should have their own sheets and towels with them. If this is not possible, sheets and towels can be borrowed for an additional fee of 15€/person. Final cleaning according to the instructions belongs to the guest. If you neglect, you will have to pay a cleaning fee of 350€.
