Go skiing, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, hiking or just relax. Everything is nearby: the snowmobile track is just beside and you will easily access the ski tracks and hiking trails. The slopes are conveniently reached by ski bus, only 300 meters to the bus stop.
Saukkoranta is a well-equipped holiday apartment, B-side of the semi-detached house. There are beds for eight persons in four bedrooms, two downstairs and two upstairs.
NOTE: All beds have blankets and pillows, but you must bring your own bed linen i.e. sheets and towels. They are not available even for an extra cost.
Downstairs there is a kitchen with dining and livingroom, asauna and and two toilets. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, airfryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. On the terrace there is an electric smoker and a gas grill.
The rental time of the cottage is from Saturday to Saturday. In the off-season, you can also inquire about short-term rentals. Minimum 4 days.
The customer is responsible for the final cleaning of the cottage or orders the cleaning for an additional fee.
Additional charge for charging an electric car.
The owner of the cottage has an equipment rental, where you can rent skinbased skis and snowshoes using self-service.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsIndoor pets are welcome. the customer brings his own sheets and towels. The customer takes care of the final cleaning or orders it for an additional fee. If extra cleaning is required at the cottage, the tenant is obliged to pay. The customer informs about any damage he may have caused and is obliged to compensate them.
