Bedlinen, towels and final cleaning are always included in the rental price of this villa. The villa is located halfway between Ruka-Kuusamo, near 5 road.
Villa Marja has 2 bedrooms downstairs and more space in the loft. A total of 8 beds, in addition to 2 folding mattresses. Possibility to accommodate up to 10 people if necessary.

. Inthe spring season, a ski trail runs in the backyard of the villa, good charging tracks, among others. Ruka and Kuusamo Tropiikki. To the snowmobile route along the connecting route.
In summer, a mountain bike trail runs next to the villa. Possibility to fish on the river, where also a campfire place and a lean-to. Walk to the river about 800m.
Excellent transport links, asphalt road to the destination and plowing in good condition in winter. 10-15min to Ruka ski resort. Also ask for slope tickets at the time of booking!

Kiram Comfort bath tub can be rented separately for the duration of the holiday. The new hygienic composite bellows and efficient stove allow for a short heating time and a pleasant bath experience in the sky! Barn rental incl. firewood + water from 200€/2day.
