The cottage has four bedrooms and a loft. There are a total of 11 beds. Four separate double bedrooms and three extra beds in the loft.
The 180 m2 cottage has a large living area, kitchen, sauna and separate toilets. The cottage's kitchen is well-equipped and hobby items can be easily maintained with the help of a washing machine and dryer.
The nearby leisure opportunities are excellent. The area's own 4 km long ski track runs next to the cottage. There are also connections to the Kuusamo ski track network nearby. In addition, the Kuusamo Tropiikki spa and Kuusamo Golf are located a few kilometers away. You can also easily and quickly drive from the cottage to Oulanka National Park. The Ruka ski center is 17 km away.
The cottage is ideal for corporate use as well as for families with children due to its peaceful location. The cottage is equipped with a baby travel cot, bathtub, high chair and potty.
Dogs allowed by agreement. Additional cleaning fee for pets €50/dog.
There is a wood-heated hot tub on the shore of the cottage, with great views of Ukonlampi. The hot tub can be rented for the duration of the rental for an additional €400.

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
