REQUEST AN ACCOMMODATION OFFER HERE. The Evo Wilderness Villa, which is modernly equipped but exudes history, is located on a forest farm of about 1700 hectares in Hämeenlinna. This cottage is not far away in the desert, but almost in the population center of Finland, 150 km from Helsinki, 100 km from Tampere, 45 km from the center of Hämeenlinna
.Renovated in a former lumbers' hut and dormitory, the dining/meeting room has room for about 15 guests at a long savotta-inspired buffet table. The space can also be used as a bedroom thanks to the large corner sofa, where you can find beds for three. Wifi is available at no extra charge and a 40-inch flat-screen TV also serves as a conference screen. The dining room has direct access to the terrace and the forest garden, where a courtyard sauna, a lean-to and 2 hot tubs await you
.The Evo Wilderness Villa can accommodate 15 people in a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. There are a number of blankets and pillows equivalent to beds. In addition, there are spare beds for a few people, so there are beds for up to 20 people in total.
Kitchen equipment includes dishes for at least 20 people, electric stove and oven, 2 refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Moccamaster, kettle and toaster.
The plates inthe indoor sauna can accommodate 6-8 people at a time. The washroom has a shower and access from the washroom to the dressing room, which has direct access to the terrace to cool off. The villa has 2 toilets, downstairs and upstairs.
In the courtyard there is a wood-burning 1950s full-rice courtyard sauna with dressing rooms. The renovated sauna has room for about 10 saunas. The yard sauna is also electrified and water from the borehole enters the sauna all year round. Water heats up in a 40-liter tank connected to the stove.
The cottage's courtyard is located in the central location of the forest garden, between the terrace of the main building and the sauna.
One of the bathtubs is located on its own small terrace next to the courtyard sauna and the other next to the terrace of the main building.
On the terrace of the forest garden there are cozy table groups for almost 20 people.
The price of Evo Wilderness Villa includes approximately 180 m2 of multifunctional villa facilities including the use of an indoor sauna. As an additional service, it is possible to order a sauna, 1 or 2 bathtubs, a lean-to, final cleaning, bed linen in brushed or pink and towels. We are also happy to provide food services through our catering service
