REQUEST AN ACCOMMODATION OFFER HERE. Located in Hämeenlinna near the camping area of Evo, Hämeen Privaatti is a modern multifunctional cottage that offers privacy on a 2.5 hectare farm. Hämeen Privaatti is suitable for groups of 1-18 guests
all year round. The renovatedmain hall/meeting room of the villa has space for about 20 guests at a long table and a small bar counter. The space continues as an open cabinet that can be used for evening gatherings and group work. The cabinet also serves as a bedroom, with beds for 2-3 people on the sofas.
The main hall is equipped with wifi, which is free of charge for our guests. There are 65- and 50-inch flat-screen TVs in the space, which also serve as conference screens
. Inthe main building there are beds for 18 guests in six to seven bedrooms. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 4 to 6 beds with sofas in the main hall and cabinet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms as well as a small lobby and toilet. The number of blankets and pillows in the property is equivalent to the number of beds. In addition, spare beds are available, so there are beds for more than 20 people
.Kitchen equipment includes dishes for at least 25 people, electric hob and oven, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Moccamaster, electric kettle and toaster.
The indoor sauna can accommodate 6-8 people at a time. The washroom has a shower and the dressing room has direct access to the terrace to cool off. The main building has 2 toilets, downstairs and upstairs its own.
Awood-fired full-grain sauna is located in the courtyard. The sauna, decorated in the spirit of the past, can accommodate about 10 saunas at a time
.One of the bathtubs is located on its own terrace next to the courtyard sauna and the other next to the terrace of the main building. Both pods can accommodate up to 6 people
. Thecovered terrace of the cottage has table groups for almost 20 people and in addition, the forest garden has the most unusual terrace group. Kotalaavu is located in the central location of the forest garden, between the terrace of the main building and the courtyard sauna
.The price of Häme Private includes the premises of the cottage renovated into a multifunctional villa of about 200 m2 including the use of an indoor sauna.
As an additional service, it is possible to order a sauna, 1 or 2 bathtubs, a lean-to, final cleaning, bed linen in brushed or pink and towels. We are also happy to provide food services through our catering service
