Booking and cancellation terms
The person making the reservation must be a person or other entity who is over 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable.
The owner communicates sufficient information about the property in advance using the website and telephone conversation. The property's information, telephone or e-mail conversations include the amount of the rental, its basis if the rental changes, for example based on the number of people, the time and duration of the visits, the booking conditions, the cancellation and modification conditions of the reservation, and the payment policies. The guest should read the information about the property before making the reservation and understand that they are bound by them when making the reservation
. Therental includes access to the property for the allotted time, as well as normal energy costs such as reasonable use of electricity or gas. The rent also includes a reasonable amount of firewood for the use of fireplaces on the site, and includes the use of furniture and movable property described in the presentation of the property.
A separate charge or inclusion in the price for final cleaning and other possible additional services will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
The reservation is made in a telephone conversation. When booking, the guest must provide the information required for the reservation (e.g. contact details, number of guests, time of arrival and departure) as provided by the owner in advance. The owner must take care of the personal data he receives in accordance with the data protection requirements.
The reservation is binding on the guest and the owner when the guest has made the reservation payment within the agreed time.
The booking fee is deducted from the final total rental price. If the guest does not comply with the payment terms, the owner has the right to consider the reservation cancelled.
Therental amount is indicated in the booking confirmation email. The rent is paid in the manner and time specified in the booking confirmation (SMS)
. In principle,the owner can only cancel the reservation based on force majeur reasons. In this case, the cancellation will be immediately notified to the guest and will refund any payments already made
.If the customer cancels the reservation, the prepayment portion will not be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled later than 28 days but 14 days before the start of the rental and the rent has been paid in full, 50% of the rent will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled later than 14 days before or during the rental period, the charges made by the customer will not be refunded at all
.If the resort is not accepted, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the rent. If the customer cancels their booking and leaves the resort before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the customer will not be entitled to
a refund. -
Delays and compensations
The guest is obliged to comply with the law, general good manners, as well as the rules of the destination during his visit.
If the guest interrupts their stay and leaves the property before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
Theowner has the right to suspend the visit if the guest commits a disturbance of order or significant violations of the rules of the object, or the owner otherwise has significant grounds for suspecting that persons or property are in danger. The guest should be informed immediately of the end of the visit. In these cases, the owner is not liable for compensation for the unused visit time
. Theowner also has the right to interrupt the visit due to overwhelming, force majeur type reasons. These include, for example, a natural disaster or other event that is unpredictable and independent of the owner. The guest should be informed immediately of the end of the visit. In this case, the guest should be compensated for the unused visit time.
Theguest should complain about the defect or defect as soon as possible to the owner or forwarder. The owner/forwarder should have the opportunity to correct the error within a reasonable time after its complaint
. Theproperty is cleaned during the visit by the guest, unless they have specifically purchased a cleaning service. Reasonable maintenance is in any case the guest's responsibility.
The guest will leave the cottage at the latest at the agreed time.
It isthe guest's duty to take care of bringing their own belongings and leave the item in a tidy condition. The final cleaning is carried out by either the guest or the owner/forwarder, depending on the final cleaning agreed.
Goods forgotten from guests can be returned at the guest's expense and upon request.
The guest is advised to give both positive feedback and possible development suggestions.
