Welcome to Näsijärvi beach for a holiday. The villa is located half an hour's drive north of Tampere (road no. 65). Get there by car. If you wish, you will find a villa on the shores of Lake Näsinjärvi and a beach sauna on the same property. Villa status information at the top. The main building has undergone significant renovations and repairs in recent years. Among other things, the exterior door and windows have been replaced, a cooling heat pump and a small hot water heater has been installed in the kitchen. For toddlers, there is a high chair and a children's travel cot. In addition to the wood-heated sauna, the sauna building has a sauna chamber with a double bed and a loft. The open veranda of the sauna is meters from the beach. The sandy beach is shallow and safe for children. There is no water at the end of the pier than half a meter. The beach deepens gently. A sandbox in the yard. Neat composting outdoor toilet. The beach view opens to the southwest, so the sun shines on the plot all day. The property is at the bottom of the Bay of Kotkanlahti. There are other cottagers on the shore of Kotkanlahti, so the place is not suitable for loud use. Thus, the use of outdoor speakers and, for example, jet skis are not allowed. A rowboat, an Inca canoe and a few bicycles are also available to the tenant. For movement on the water there is a required number of life jackets of different weight sizes. Rented primarily for family use. In principle, not for celebration/celebration use, but this can be negotiated. The kitchen has an electric stove and a microwave, outside under a canopy a new gas grill. And if you feel like it, you can go for lunch at Mutalan Helme, a good place for lunch, which is about 8km away. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Due to allergies, domestic animals are also not allowed. There are 2 toilet paper rolls and a kitchen towel roll reserved for your use. If you expect your usage to exceed this, reserve the required amount with you. There is no single day rental, but weekend and weekly rental periods can be extended inexpensively according to the contract. There is also a municipal-owned boat landing site nearby
