Holiday village Tapiola's cottages are located on the shores of a beautiful meteorite lake in Lappajärvi, southern Ostrobothnia. There are three rental cottages in the holiday village, one of which is a villa (Headquarters) and the other two are smaller cottages (Guest houses). The cottages are located in a quiet location right on the tip of the island of Kärnä. The headquarters has its own beach sauna and the guest houses a shared beach sauna. In addition, a lean-to with a very child-friendly sandy beach can be found 700 metres away
.
Recreational opportunities include a fishing lake, a ski resort on the other side of the lake and an 18-hole golf course in Lappajärvi.

Headquarters:
- 6+6 beds.
- One bedroom is downstairs with a large double bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a wide double bed and the other with two separate single beds. Single beds can be combined.
- Six extra beds are sofa beds and mattresses, which can be found upstairs.
- Area 150m^2.
- Bathroom and indoor electric sauna.
- Two indoor toilets.
- Dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine.
- Soapstone fireplace.
- Own wood-fired beach sauna.
