A great place for both holidays and remote work. The entire cottage has been renovated from floor to ceiling in terms of interior design in 2022. There are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, the living room has a spacious double sofa bed. The cottage does not have its own beach, but about 400 meters away there is a magnificent and calm sandy beach of the same owner, which the residents of the cottage are free to use. There is also a picturesque nature trail near the cottage, along which you can find barbecue places.

In addition to the rent, a security deposit of 150e, which is returned as soon as the cottage is found to be in proper condition after renting.
No smoking indoors or on the terrace
No pets (unless specifically agreed)
Disposal of the key, compensation 150e.
In the evening and at night outdoors, limit noise to protect the neighboring gland.

Deposit fee 150 euros, will be refunded immediately after renting once the cabin is found to be in proper condition.
The tenant is fully liable for any damage caused by intent or gross negligence by himself and other visitors.
