Patula hut enjoys a great location next to the Simpsiö ski resort and the ski trails. This cottage can accommodate a larger family or several families. The space is located on three floors in total approx. 170 m2. The cottage has six bedrooms

The patula has a bed space for 15 people, in addition there are spare mattresses. The premises are also suitable for corporate meetings. On the middle floor there is a large table for about 20 people
. The
kitchen has everything you need; dishwasher, fridge with mini freezer, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Cutlery for approx
. 20 persons.
The cottage has a fireplace, a car socket, a TV, a radio and a sauna with a wood-burning stove. There is a wood storage room in the basement and courtyard. In the basement there is also a washing machine in the maintenance room. The cottage has a ball grill on the ground floor courtyard terrace
.
A solid wood-burning hot tub is available for use at an additional price of 150€ for the entire stay!
Pets are welcome in this cabin (the cottage is owned by Simpsiön Koirakoulun s ry).
Instructions and rules of the cottage:
The guidelines have been drawn up in the best interests of all. The tenant of the cottage is responsible for any damage that has occurred in the cabin and for compliance with the instructions. The renter is also liable to compensate the owners of the cottage for any breakdowns and if the instructions and rules have not been followed

Silence begins in the cottage village at 24.00. Disorders of order can be followed by a police visit!
Movable goods:
Goods, utensils and firewood in the cabin are at your disposal and are included in the rental price. The pool is at your disposal if you have booked it.
Linen, towels and toilet paper:
Guests bring their own bed linen, towels and toilet paper or reserve them as an additional service for a fee.

Beds must not be used without sheets!! If the bed is used without sheets, we will charge a cleaning/laundry fee of 50€/bed!
Cleaning:
The client is responsible for cleaning the cabin during the rental period and at the end of the rental period if you have not ordered it as an additional service (150€).
If no cleaning has been completed at the end of the reservation, the owner of the cottage is entitled to charge a cleaning fee of at least 150€!
Cleaning instructions:
vacuuming floors washing dishes washing dishes and emptying the dishwasher wiping surfaces Exporting garbage and putting new garbage bags in place Flushing the sauna floors Cleaning the shower rooms and washing the floors (remember the garbage from the top of the floor drain!) Toilet washing 3pcs Fireplace cleaning, ashes and filling wooden boxes Collection of cigarette butts, snuff and nicotine bags, bottles and cans from the yard
The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the holiday home or its movable property.
