Delays and compensations

landlord's right to cancel the reservation: In the event of force majeure, the landlord may cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. If the booking has to be interrupted due to the customer's disruptive behaviour, the charges will not be refunded. If the customer does not process the payments on time, the landlord can cancel
the reservation without notice.The landlord is not liable for damage caused to the customer due to force majeure or similar cause (e.g. power outages or natural phenomena or animals such as mice and insects) which was not caused by the landlord and the consequences of which the landlord could not reasonably have prevented.
In addition, the landlord is not responsible for damage or consequences caused by normal natural phenomena.
