Just completed beautiful villa on the shores of Lake Peurunkajärvi. Only 1,3km distance to Peurunga spa and amenities!
On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bedroom for two and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and induction hob.
In the loft there is a sofa for two in the living area, a separate bedroom with two single beds and a separate toilet. The loft is low, and its height is 150cm.
An extension of the terrace is a separate sauna building with a utility room, modern washing facilities and a sauna. On the terrace you can relax in the warm outdoor hot tub (electrically heated).

Booking and cancellation terms
Booking conditions
Check-in and check-out
• Check-in from 3pm.
• Check-out by 12 noon.
• The cottage has a key box, the code of which is sent no later than 15 hours before check-in.
When checking out, leave the keys back in the box and mix up the numbers.
When you leave: • The dishes must be washed by machine, the dishes should be put back in place and the water valve in the dishwasher must be closed.
• Windows must be closed and your own belongings should be brought with you.
• Take the garbage to an outdoor waste bin. Thank you!
• If final cleaning has not been ordered, see the instructions under “Final cleaning”.
• Leave the air heat pump and underfloor heating on normally.
• When checking out, leave the keys back in the box and mix up the numbers.
Rental Conditions
1. The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, including the technology and furniture of the property.2. Disruptive or criminal conduct will result in the termination of the lease. 3. The renter is responsible for the keys. Renewal fees apply for lost or broken keys. 4. Accommodation of extra persons without the landlord's permission is prohibited. 5. Smoking indoors and on the terrace is prohibited. A fine of €300 is imposed for violation. 6. Pets are not allowed. 7. The landlord is not responsible for forgotten goods. 8. Complaints must be made immediately upon arrival with pictures. The landlord has the right to correct problems before making refunds.
Making and paying for a reservation
• The booking agent must be at least 20 years old. • The reservation fee (at least 50%) must be paid at the time of booking, the final payment no later than one month before the rental period. For bookings less than a month away, the full rental amount will be paid.
Cancellation conditions
• Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail. • More than 30 days before the start of the reservation, a cancellation fee of €100 will be charged.
• For cancellations made 29 days or later, the charges will not be refunded.
In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural phenomena and technical disturbances), the landlord can cancel the reservation and refund all payments.
Staying in a holiday cottage
• The rent includes: normal energy costs, furniture, dishes, mattresses, blankets, pillows and a reasonable amount of firewood.
• Bed linen and towels can be ordered for €15/set.
• The customer is responsible for cleaning, unless the final cleaning is ordered in advance (€90).
• It is forbidden to open fire in the area.
• Door opening fee for lost key or emergency starting at €80.
Instructions for the use of the jacuzzi
• Hot tub users should take care of personal hygiene before going to the pool. Taking a shower is mandatory.
• Soap, shampoo, hair products or other chemicals should not be introduced into the pool.
• Drinking alcohol in the pool is not permitted for safety reasons.
• The lid of the basin should always be closed after use to avoid heat loss.
• If debris ends up in the pool or its water becomes dirty by users, the renter is responsible for cleaning or maintenance, the renter will be charged a 90,00€ cleaning/maintenance fee

Delays and compensations
Final cleaning instructions
If no final cleaning has been ordered, the renter must take care of the following:
• The dishes are washed and put in place.
• Garbage is taken to the waste point.
• Furniture is moved to its place.
• The floors are vacuumed and wiped with damp.
• Bed linen is ventilated outside.
• Sauna and toilet are washed.
• Microwave, oven and household appliances are wiped clean.
• The yard area and barbecue area are cleaned.
For failure to clean, 80-160 € will be charged.
Complaints and Responsibilities
• Comments must be made promptly during the rental period in writing to the e-mail:

Other conditions
• The landlord is not responsible for the availability of services in the area or natural phenomena
caused by disturbances.
By paying for the reservation, the tenant agrees to these terms and conditions.
