Hongan Reflection log villa on the shores of the bright Saraavesi. Designed for year-round living, this villa is in a dream location and meets the requirements of modern holiday living. During the summer, rental only for the whole week, the exchange date is Sunday. The spacious villa has good facilities: storage fireplace, air heat pump, free WiFi, wooden sauna with designer stove, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, flat-screen TV and bathroom. The area is 100 m2, so there is enough space for even a large group. The villa is on the water and sewerage network. A quiet and bright 3000 square metre hillside plot is beautifully situated in the middle of a birch forest. Our own sandy beach opens up to the morning sun. The beach is slowly deepening, so it is also ideal for children. There is also a rowing boat on the beach. At the end of the dining tables there are two extra chairs in the villa, allowing eight people to dine both indoors and outdoors on the large terrace. The villa has two bedrooms downstairs, each with one 160cm wide double bed. The loft has two 160cm wide double beds. There's a big gas grill outside. Grill gas is included in the rental price, as well as firewood for the fireplace and the iki-stove wood stove. The services of the centre of Laukaa are less than 10km away and Jyväskylä can be reached in half an hour. Deurunkagolf and the spa hotel Peurunka are less than 15 minutes away. In winter, skiing can be reached on the ice of the lake and the tracks of Peurunga. It takes half an hour to get to the Laajavuori ski slopes and about an hour to Himos. The area is very peaceful and we want it to stay that way as well.
“Youth partying” is not allowed in cottages, nor is playing loud music outdoors.
