Location in a beautiful location in Lavia, Porin. Porista 45 km northeast. 20 m to the beach, private rowing boat, fixed pier and swimming stairs, sandy bottom. Cozy cottage (2014) with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and separate toilet and washroom. Downstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and a spreading sofa as an extra bed.
Separate beach sauna with wood-burning stove. Note: In winter, water is portable from the cottage

.Karhijärvi is a large lake in northern Satakunta, Lavia. The beach is gently deepened and more fine sand has been brought to the beach (2020), so it is suitable even for young children. Lifejackets available for rowing boats.
Please note that there is no linen rental service, so guests are required to bring their own linen upon arrival.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

200 € Rental DepositThe rent deposit is withheld if the cleaning of the property has not been carried out according to the instructions, the premises have to be repaired due to the negligence of the tenant, the goods are lost or the yard has to be collected cigarette butts or other rubbish.

Other rental termsOther rental conditions: The rental also includes the use of a rowing boat, a gas grill with crate and linen table cloths, as well as a high chair and cot. The rent does not include toilet/kitchen towels, linens and towels. The final cleaning can be purchased separately for 170 euros.
