Villa: On the ground floor there are spacious dining and living areas, as well as a large kitchen with a magnificent view of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The living room is equipped to the highest level of technology — 90" TV, Playstation and high quality sound. Downstairs there is also one bedroom with a 160 cm
wide double bed.On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of which serves as a dormitory (2 single beds and a 180 cm double bed). The master bedroom has lake views and a Hästens 180 cm double bed. The third bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed and a dressing table.
Sauna section and outdoor areas: The sauna section has a bar and a lounge, which also serves as a private bedroom thanks to the sofa bed if needed. A wood-fired beach sauna floats on top of the lake, and the terrace has a stunning Drop-design hot tub and barbecue facilities (gas grill). The villa's private sandy beach provides the perfect setting for relaxation, and in winter you can take a dip in the open water.
Services: The rent includes cleaning, towels, bed linen, detergents, coffee and tea, and unlimited use of the hot tub and saunas.
The daily rate includes six people. Extra person linen - cleaning fee 50 euros per night

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable.
