+ good parking space
+ functional layout
+ overall look mostly neat (-nasty surprises on closer inspection)

+ stunning views: large windows from both the cottage and sauna to the lake

- limited cooking facilities (e.g. only 1 pot), no serving dishes, electric grill small size, dining tables for only 6 (cf sleeping places for 8)
- cleaning equipment modest
YARD/BEACH/SAUNA
+ nice clovers left for the furry
+ good condition rowing boat with new oars
+ clear water lake (fish on the beach can be seen from the terrace of the sauna building)
+ sauna heats up quickly
- shore work in progress (excavator on the plot)
- shallow beach, bottom rather muddy (-> walking mixes the water cloudy), access to the swimming depth only through aquatic plants (no pier)
- in the sauna between the boards there is an ant problem
- finishing the cleanliness of the yard left in the stage (e.g. construction waste on the porch, mowed grass left without raking)
OTHER
- the landlord does not answer calls and hopes that the communication will take place only by message, the reaction delay is from minutes to days, solving problem situations is challenging
- during week 29 3x/week the need for the landlord/other staff to visit the cottage (ant problem, delivery of new oars to replace the broken one, non-functioning sewage)
