The villa is located in Virroilla in the village of Liedenpohja, on the shore of Toisvesi. The lake is the third deepest in Finland and can be reached by water all the way to Tampere. The villa is suitable for family events, holidays, celebrations, holidays and corporate events.
From 1 November 2025 onwards, Toisvesi Alppi offers accommodation for 26 persons (main cottage+guest cottage) (November-April) 2026 from spring onward during the winter period onwards for 35 persons (April-November).

Ground floor Wi-Fi connection, large lobby, karaoke equipment with 55” smart TV, billiard table, electronic dart board, fireplace room, large drinking cabinet, toilet and 4 bedrooms.
Washrooms/Sauna Electric sauna for 6-8 and washroom with two showers.
Beach sauna for +10 people, connected to a 6-8 person hot tub with biodiesel heater (i.e. works without trees and the temperature is regulated by a button)
Kitchen Complete set of dishes for 27 persons, modern equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, refrigerator (downstairs there is still a large drinking cabinet and a ground cellar in the yard), microwave, professional dishwasher, 2x coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven/stove.
