Charming, modern villa in year-round use with all amenities on the shores of the bright lake Pielinen, in an exclusive location but only 20 minutes by car (10 min boat ride) from Lieksa and half an hour by boat from our national landscape, Koli. Via the longest ice road in inland Europe (Vuonislahti-Koli, 7 km), it takes about half an hour to Koli. The Koli Ice Road has been maintained since 1980.
Thevilla has accommodation for 4 people in the main building and 4 separate fences. Main building (80 m2) kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom and glazed terrace. The sauna building (25m2), renovated in 2023 on the beach, has a sauna room and a sauna with bathrooms. The spacious barn (15 m2) has two
bunk beds.
This destination offers an excellent peaceful location, great jogging and hiking terrain as well as fishing opportunities and in autumn it is a real treasure trove with berries and mushrooms.
In 2022, there is a sandy beach modified for your own use, a pier for a larger boat and a rowing boat belonging to the villa. If you want to bring your own boat with you, you can drop it into the water from your own beach and experience Lieksa (10 min boat ride), Koli (30 min boat ride), Nurmes (1h boat ride) or one of the many wonderful natural islands by water on the gentle waves of Pielinen
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts and remote working opportunities are top notch. A washing machine is also provided. The object's air heat pump makes living comfortable.
For bed linen we charge a service fee of +25 eur/person.
Thevilla is not rented as a venue for parties. Dogs are not welcome on the couch and bed.

If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
