  • Booking and cancellation terms

    Making a reservation The person making the
    reservation must be 18 years or older when making the reservation. The reservation must include at least the reservation's first name, last name, e-mail, telephone number, booking time and number of persons

    e-mail confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the person making the reservation.

    Cancellation and modification of a reservation
    Cancellation
    must always be made by email to pajaranta.hannele (at) gmail.com. The cancellation shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment when the notice of cancellation has been received.

    If

    the customer cancels the reservation at least 14 days before the start of the rental period, the rental amount already paid will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled later than 14 days before the start of the rental or at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the payment made by the customer will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the start of the rental period, the fee will not

    be refunded.

    If the resort is not accepted or received late, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the rent. If the customer cancels their booking and leaves the resort before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the customer will not be entitled to

    a refund. The

    landlord's right to cancel the reservation In the
    event of force majeure, the landlord may cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. If the booking is interrupted due to customer disruptive behaviour or damage, the charges will not be

    refunded.

    If the customer does not process the payments on time, the landlord can cancel the reservation.

  • Payment terms
    The

    rent is paid at least two weeks before the start of the rental period. If the rental period is less than two weeks away, the rent will be paid immediately. The account number is provided in connection with the lease agreement. In the payment message field, enter the name of the renter and the rental period. If the cleaning has not been ordered separately, the tenant must also pay a rent deposit of 150€, which will be returned in full after the rental period, when the cleaning has been taken care of properly and the apartment is in the same condition

    as when handed over.

    If the customer does not process the payments on time, the landlord can cancel the reservation.

  • Delays and compensations

    Stay at the resort

    The holiday destination (plot, main building and beach sauna) is generally available to the customer from the day of arrival at 17:00 until the departure date at 12.00, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The transfer of the holiday destination and the keys will be agreed separately.

    The

    garages and boathouse located on the property are for private use. During the rental period, the boathouse may leave or a boat may arrive there. The purpose of using the boathouse is to cause as little disturbance to the tenant as possible

    . The

    owner has the right to charge the customer a security fee of EUR 150 upon payment of the rent in case of possible cleaning expenses, if the customer does not specifically order the final cleaning. The owner of the resort will refund the security deposit after the holiday period, provided that the cleaning has been taken care of properly and the apartment is in the same condition as when handed

    over. The

    rental includes the right to use the reserved resort for the booked time. Normal energy costs, furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, mattresses, blankets and pillows are included. Firewood is included in the rent.

    Basic supplies include a fair amount of washing and dishwashing detergent, household and toilet paper, garbage bags and disposable table cloths. Laundry detergents are not part of the supplies to be inspected. Supplies found on site (e.g. spices, filter bags, baking paper, etc.) are allowed to be used and more can be obtained from the store.

    Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. Bed linen and towels (€15/person) can be ordered at the time of booking.

    The

    maximum occupancy of the holiday destination is the maximum number of persons indicated in the description of the resort in terms of the number of beds or the number of persons agreed upon when booking the holiday destination. Celebrations and other occasions where the number of people in the resort is temporarily exceeded must be agreed in advance with the owner. Smoking and burning candles is prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort. It is forbidden to open fire in an area other than a campfire. Particular care must be taken both with the campfire and with other fireplaces.

    Pets

    Bringing a pet to the resort will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

    Service information in the description of the holiday destination

    In the

    description of the resort there are mentions of services in the surrounding area (e.g. train station, bus stop, restaurant, shop, etc.). The landlord is not responsible for information on general services not included in the resort or their availability during the

    holiday

    Obligations of the customer and delivery of the holiday destination on the day of departure

    The customer will hand over the resort and its keys on the day of departure no later than 12.00, unless otherwise agreed. If the customer leaves earlier than the agreed departure date, the landlord must be

    notified.

    The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the resort. Any damage caused must be immediately notified to the owner of the resort. The customer is obliged to compensate the owner of the resort for the damage caused
