Welcome to holiday at Suurniemi Farm!
We offer for rent a bright 120m2 villa on the border of Natura nature reserve, on the shore of Lake Lohjanjärvi. Beds for a total of 10 people (4 bedrooms with 2 beds in each and two beds in the upstairs lobby). Both downstairs and upstairs have toilets

The washing facilities include a shower and a wood-burning sauna.
The villa is on the evening sun side and 30 m from the beach.
Equipment: air conditioning, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee and electric kettle, toaster, smart TV, Wifi and tableware for 12 people.
Charging electric cars is prohibited.
Environment: In the yard there is a barbecue shelter with gas grills, a wooden shed and on the shore a SUP board and a rowing boat for easy fishing trips. The beach allows you to land a boat if you want to bring your own motorboat (please inform us in advance!!). The yard is at the end of Suurniementie and there is no line of sight to the neighbour.
Reservation: For a booking confirmation and invoicing, we need your contact information. Please also tell us a little about your party when you request a reservation

Any pets that may be travelling with you should be informed in advance. Pets (max 2) are welcome, as long as they are not in the bedrooms, in the sauna or upstairs

The invoice will be sent by e-mail and must be paid in advance to the bank account.
The keys are collected from the main building of our farm, which is 700 m from the cottage.
- Summer season is fully rented weekly. Midsummer 2025 is already booked.
- The exchange date is Friday, when you can arrive at the cottage at 16.00.
- Saturday cannot be the date of arrival or departure of the reservation.
- Minimum rental period in the off-season 2 nights.
- Final cleaning (130e) and bed linen (24e/person).
- Accommodation prices include VAT.
