Männikkö is a 49-square-metre cottage renovated in 2012 on the shores of Lake Lohjanjärvi, the largest lake in Uusimaa. It is located on a slope plot on the side of the evening sun. Tall pine trees grow on the wooded plot and in late summer the courtyard offers blueberries for pies. The beach is about 30m from the cottage, sandy and gently deepening. Steps descend from the front of the cottage to the beach and there is a terrace at the water border.
The board-built cottage has an entrance hall, a wood-heated sauna, a dressing room, a living room, a kitchenette and sleeping quarters for four (two alcoves). If necessary, the sofa bed in the living room can be spread out as a bed 160cm wide.
EQUIPMENT: Fireplace, electric stove, ice-freezer cabinet combination, electric heating, microwave, TV, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, gas grill and kitchen equipment for 6 people.
Sauna water is supplied from the lake in summer by means of an electric pump. Drinking water can be obtained from the main house of the farm 400m away.'
NO SHOWER NOR WC - just sauna and dry toilet!
SETTING: In front of the cottage is a 35 square meter terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. On the beach there is another terrace with sun loungers. There is a rowing boat and a SUP board on the beach. There is a wood shed and dry toilet in the yard.
Charging an electric car is prohibited.
