All amenities are available only about 6.5 km from the centre of Lohja in your own privacy. Only 45 minutes drive from Helsinki. Child-friendly setting and a really easy to walk around plot. The villa was built in 1954, expanded in 1996 and renovated in the 2010s, and redecorated and furnished in the summer of 2020
.The residential floor has 3h+k+kph/wc and a large, warm glass porch with amazing lake views! On the basement floor there is a sauna, a small bedroom, a basement space and a glass terrace downstairs. In addition, there is a courtyard building with a guest room and storage space
.Own beach about 30 meters. A gently deepening, wind-protected beach with a partly sandy bottom. Own small sandy beach for children. Swimming can also be reached from the approx. 10 m pier. The destination offers excellent fishing opportunities in Lake Lohja, if you wish, you can take a boat about two kilometers to Lohja, whether you want to have a beer at Aurlahti guest marina or enjoy a day on the big sandy beach. The cottage is suitable for those who appreciate their own peace: there are only neighbors on one side, in between with plenty of trees and a hedge for visual protection. On the lake in front of the cottage is the tourist destination Hevossaari in the town of Lohja, where there are almost no cabins, so the neighbors' voices are not heard from

- Villa Haapaniemi is rented for weekends in spring, autumn and winter
- In the summer season, as a rule, weeks are rented only on Sun-Sun or Sun-Fri, as well as weekends Fri-Sun, not individual days. Of course, offers can be asked
