Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThe property is not rented for partying, but proper and peaceful holidays are a prerequisite for renting. Pets are welcome in the cabin as long as they are indoor clean and do not cause damage or disturbance. Renting a cottage requires the tenant to return the cottage in the same condition as it was on arrival.
