elegant holiday apartment, completed in 2014, is located on the shores of Päijänne, next to the municipal services of Luhanga. It is suitable for a variety of leisure or business use. (Note: not suitable for party groups as the area is tightly built.) The spacious lake views open directly from the living room, the glazed terrace and the 60 m2 open terrace. The pool (12 persons) is outside the terrace area and the additional price for this is 95€ /rent. The apartment is equipped with room-specific ventilation, which ensures a uniform indoor temperature. The bedrooms have specially made soundproof doors. There is also a 70” -inch TV and soundbar in the living room. The beach has a spacious pier, a lean-to, a beach sauna and a shallow sandy beach suitable for children. Rowing boat with outboard motor is included in the rental price. In winter, there is an opportunity for outdoor swimming. Beds for 10 people. Additional fee of 20€ per person for more than 10 people. Dining table and tableware for 12 people. Please note that, unlike the calendar of the cottage, you can also come to the weekend price on Thursday.
