Kitisen rannalla Luostotunturin latuverkoston läheisyydessä sijaitseva tasokas loma-asunto, sopii perheille, porukoille ja yrityksille. Tilava, avara tupa, jossa ruokapöytä 14 henkilölle, keittiön varustetaso korkea, astiasto 16 henkilölle. Makuupaikkoja 10+4, isoissa makuuhuoneissa sänkyjen lisäksi levitettävät vuodetuolit, tuvassa kulmasohva, josta saa kaksi vuodetta, lisäksi 2 lisäpatjaa sekä lasten matkasänky, syöttötuoli, 2 wc:tä, joissa lasten potat, portaissa turvaportit.

Mökin kolmella sivulla terassit, laajennetulla terassilla savustuspönttö. Rannassa laituri, vene, tulipaikka ja laavu.

Viikkohinnat 1190 -1390 € sesongin mukaan, uusivuosi ja pääsiäinen erikoishinnat, joulu ei vuokrattavissa. Vuorokausihinnat 300 - 400€ sesongin mukaan, varaus vähintään 2 vrk.

Varausta tehdessä ilmoitetaan henkilömäärä ja kotieläimet.

Finnish Cabin Rental Association: General terms and conditions for renting a cottage
Payment terms

The
reservation of the cottage is confirmed when 30% of the cabin rent has been paid to the account declared by the owner within three days. The final rent is paid one month (1 month) before the rental date.
Delays and compensations

If the rental of the cottage has to be canceled, it must be made in writing 30 days before the rental date, in which case the rent paid will be returned. If the reservation is cancelled after this time limit, the rent paid will not
be refunded.
If the reason for the cancellation is a sudden illness of yourself or a loved one, accident or other similar, the rental amount will be refunded minus office expenses.

The right of the owner of the cottage to cancel the reservation: In case of force major.
