Mökin minimivuokrausaika on 3 vrk. Hiihtoloma- ja kevätsesongilla alle viikon vuokraukset ovat mahdollisia varaustilanteesta ja kysynnästä riippuen. Kysy lisää laittamalla viestiä tai soittamalla.
Mökki on kolmen huoneiston rivitalossa, rauhallisessa metsän päädyssä. Mökin edessä on iso piha, jossa on 2 lämmityspistoketta autoille. Erillinen varasto esim. ulkoiluvälineiden säilyttämiseen.
Hiihtoladuille pääset suksilla siirtymällä noin 100 metriä tien laitaa pitkin.
Etäisyys kalaisalle Ahvenlammelle 1,7 km, kalastusluvat Metsähallitukselta (kesä- ja talvikalastus).

Booking and cancellation terms
You can book a cabin for use either by sending a message through the Nettimökki app or by calling the owner of the cottage. Reservations should be made no later than the day before the start of the rental, the same day rentals are
possible according to the agreement. An invoice for therental price will be sent by e-mail. The booking fee is charged 20% of the rental price, the due date of the booking fee is approximately two weeks after the invoice is sent. The due date for the final payment is approximately four weeks
before the rental begins.If the reservation of the cabin is cancelled no later than four weeks before the start of the rental, the final payment will not be charged and the reservation fee will not be refunded. The fee is non-refundable if the rental is canceled less than four weeks before
the rental begins. -

Delays and compensations
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The key to the apartment can be obtained from the key case on the front door. The case code is sent to the renter approximately two days before the rental begins
