Equipment of cottages
The cottage has two separate cottage buildings, each of which is about 60m2 (2h+k+terrace). Both have beds for 4 people and additionally a small bed for a child and a cot. In addition to the two cottages there is an apiary building (4 beds) and a sauna building. The upper cabin has a fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, small freezer and microwave. Both cottages have electricity, electric stoves, refrigerators and hot water heaters, which provide hot water from the kitchen tap. Well water is for washing and cooking, drinking water is available e.g. From Sale of the Jurvalanridge. The spacious terrace of the upper house has a table for 8 people and a spacious gas grill. Kivijärvi and recreational opportunities
Kivijärvi is a clean big lake with excellent water quality. Swimming and fishing are part of the summer holiday at this cottage. The beach of the cottage has a rock bottom and the water is shallow at the beginning, so the beach is also suitable for smaller families. There is a rowing boat at the beach for your use and the cottage has life jackets for children and adults. The coastline is about 200m, so you can enjoy your own peace, whether swimming or sitting on the terraces. The bedrock of the area is a peculiar

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
