Juupajoki Jooa is a stunning 80m2 pet-friendly log residence for 6+2 people (60m2+loft 20m2), which invites you to spend your holidays in the peaceful Lyly area of Juupajoki. The cottage has a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet, a bathroom, a sauna and a large loft with four single beds. In addition, a carport and a 25m2
terrace with a bath tub.Palju is included in the price of weekend and week rental (the palju is not available during the winter season from 1 November 2024 to 31 March 2025). The bellows are washed and filled with new water before the start of the rental. In other separate rental periods, the bellows will be charged separately +80 € (in addition to the
daily rent).The cottage offers comfortable accommodation for 6+2 people, including extra beds with a sofa bed. In addition, for the smallest guests (0-3yrs.), we offer a travel cot with bed linen free of charge for the duration of the stay (please inform us in advance).
Come and sleep your night in our very comfortable beds. Bedding for an additional price of +12€/person.
The living room has an open fireplace and a 43" TV, which also operates the most common streaming services with your own IDs via the cabin's own wireless internet.
Other equipment of the apartment includes coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dishes for 6, iron, hair dryer, charcoal grill, garden furniture set for 6 and bath tub (not in winter).
Juupajoki Jooa is well suited for both a casual holiday and an activity holiday; berry picking, mushroom picking, mountain biking, fishing, outdoor activities with pets or hiking. Winter activities include sledding, ice fishing, snowshoeing, hiking and skiing (Himos 48km)
.Weekend: Friday-Sunday, starting at 3pm on Friday, ending at 12 noon on Sunday or choosing an additional day at 12 noon on Monday.
Week: Monday-Sunday, e.g. starting at 3pm on Monday, ending at 12 noon on Sunday.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

80 € Rental DepositThe rental security can be withheld as a final cleaning fee if the customer has not taken care of the apartment to the level before rent or the apartment has been left in an otherwise untidy condition.

Other rental termsCompensation, damage and insurance: For movable rental goods that are broken during the rental period, the fair value of the good is charged. In case of larger damage to the property, the customer is obliged to pay the insurance deductible. Other rental conditions: Pets are welcome, but the tenant is obliged to remove, for example, dog hair from the furniture to the pre-rental level and to take care of the droppings that have entered the yard by removing them properly. The customer is obliged to complete the official passenger notice for all guests (instructions separately after booking).
