beach villa and sauna building completed in 2020 in a quiet location. Southwest West Beach at your own use only. Modern kitchen equipment, inside shower and toilet. The rooms have large windows, from which a magnificent Finnish lake landscape with the evening sun. The sauna building has separate extra beds for two and a sofa for one in the living room. Minimum rental period 3 days or Fri-Sun, in high season week.
Rowing boat and pod, as well as the possibility of charging a hybrid car at your disposal. All equipment is included in the price at no additional charge, as well as final cleaning and linen. The villa has an air heat pump for both cooling and heating, as well as a wireless WiFi network.
Accommodation is not reserved for groups under 30 years of age. The destination is suitable for families and couples, as well as others who spend a peaceful holiday. It is not allowed to organize parties

Booking and cancellation terms
The property will be available to the guest by 4 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the handover is at 12.00.
Cancellation must ALWAYS be made in writing (by email, or by letter) to Priimmesterarit Oy.
The reservation will not be canceled automatically if the invoice is not paid, but the customer must always cancel the reservation in writing. The cancellation shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment when the notice of cancellation has been received in writing to Priimmesterarit Oy. If the customer proves that the written cancellation has been made and sent to the correct address at the correct time, the cancellation will be accepted
.When the customer has booked the accommodation earlier than 28 days before the start of the rental
period* and the customer cancels the reservation no later than 28 days before the rental period startsOnly a booking fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged.
* If the customer cancels their reservation later than 28 days before the start of the rental period, the entire accommodation price will be charged.
In theevent of a sudden illness or death in the family or any other exceptional situation that prevents the trip, the customer should ensure that their own travel and accident insurance covers the cost of the booking if the event leads to the need to cancel the booking. The cancellation must be notified immediately to Priimmesterarit Oy. In these cases, the host also complies with the above booking conditions

Payment terms
After
booking, the customer receives an invoice and a destination description with directions to the accommodation. The advance invoice is 20% of the accommodation price and the final invoice is due four weeks before the start of the rental period.
Ifthe reservation is made less than four weeks before the start of the rental period, only the final invoice will be made of the reservation, which will be due within 1-7 days of the booking being made on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay is not a cancellation

.Smoking is strictly prohibited in the properties! If the property is smoking, we will charge a cleaning fee (min. 500€). Priimmesterarit Oy is not responsible for allergic symptoms or other problems caused by unauthorized smoking or animal dust to the customer. The ban on pets mentioned in the description of the property does not guarantee that the property is
suitable for allergy sufferers.Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property.
The property may not be used by more than the number of persons stated at the time of booking. Requests for changes in the number of persons should be made by contacting the contact person. The item must not be used for organizing parties.

Damages and deposits
During the rental period, the customer is obliged to compensate the owner of the accommodation for damage caused intentionally or unintentionally to the property or its movable property. Any damage caused must be reported immediately to Priimmesterarit Oy
.If, despite the comments of the property owner or his agent, the customer does not cease to cause disturbance or danger to those in the same or neighboring property, the owner of the accommodation or his representative has the right to terminate the tenancy immediately. The costs incurred for the above measures will be invoiced to the customer and the rent will not be refunded.
