Our new property Villa-Aino has been completed and can be booked for use by our Customers.
Villa-Aino is the main building of our facility built in 1952 with a brick frame, which was demolished during 2022-2023, except for the exterior walls. The building has now been renovated to meet the style and needs of today, while respecting the long history of the house.
Aino is a renewed and versatile ensemble that is great for example family parties, company friends/training days or gatherings of friends. The accommodation capacity of Aino is 6 bedrooms. In addition, our nearby villas allow for more accommodation capacity.
The three-storey building (approx. 220m2) has spaces for both socializing together and for a more private stay. On the top floor of Aino there are comfortable accommodation (6mh), a bright and spacious lobby and
a wc/suhku.On the middle floor we have built a multifunction room, a salon, a toilet and a kitchen. The multifunctional space offers plenty of space and opportunities for various occasions, meetings or leisure. The multifunctional space has a combined living room and dining room, ideal for meeting/dining. There is also a new fireplace on the dining area side. The space is equipped with a 75" smart TV and a different microphone/speaker combination. For meetings, there is also a separate screen at the end of the long table. There are 18 seats at the table and, if necessary, you can have an extra table. Serving is easy to cover on the long serving table at the end of the multifunction space. In front of the multifunctional space there is a large
terrace/seating area with barbecue.Our salon has a special decor and a piano that is available for musicianship. Wishlist books 1-18 are also available.
The modern kitchen is equipped with double refrigerators, a professional level washing machine, a double moccamaster and a large crockery. While respecting the history of the house, we have also renovated the original baking oven in the kitchen. There is also a separate cleaning closet at the back of the kitchen
.Downstairs there is a wonderful and atmospheric sauna area. From there, you can get straight out into the hot tub under the starry sky. The spacious dressing room also has a cooler for possible sauna drinks. The washroom has double showers and a separate toilet. The sauna is equipped with Harvia's large legend sauna, which gives soft and pleasant vapors.
The building is heated in an environmentally friendly way by geothermal heat.
Villa-Aino is ready for our customers, welcome to explore a new destination in the country landscape.
The courtyard areas of the villa have also been built and modified to suit today's use.There is well parking space in the courtyard for more cars.
Weekends are rented whole between Fri-Sun. Other times under contract. Holidays are priced separately in multi-day packages.
Normal weekends 900eur /15 pers. Additional charge 15eur/day Outdoor hot tub as an additional service separately. (180eur/once/night) pre-heated. Full weekend and/or 2 days 230€.
Please tell us when you book for which use and what kind of group you are renting the villa for (size and age of your group). We do not rent our properties for so-called party use to people under the age of 25.
