Villa-Taivaanranta was completed in June 2011. The villa is located on a sunny plot near the shore of Lake Kivijärvi. In Skyline, you will spend your holidays above the everyday in a highly equipped villa. Accommodation for 8+2 people, 95 m². Equipment: Everything you need for a quality holiday. Spacious 5.5 meter high living/kitchen 40m² with lake view. The villa has 3 separate bedrooms, two of which are very spacious with mirror wardrobes. Spacious open loft, wonderful sauna for 8 people with LED lights, 2 x toilets, washroom, entrance hall and partially covered large terrace facing the lake. The stairs leading to the loft of the villa are decent and laid enough. Outside, a traditional wooden grill and a gas grill. In the courtyard there is also a playground for children. The villa is located on top of a hill, from which stairs lead to the courtyard and the beach. On the shore there is a pier, a child-friendly beach and a private rowing boat. .Pets are not allowed in the Skyline, we consider the villa to be suitable for allergy sufferers as well.
NB! We don't rent out our villa for party parties to under-25s.
Weekends we rent whole, Fri-Sun.
Other times under contract. Holidays are priced separately in multi-day packages.
Normal weekends 550eur /Max 8 pers. Additional charge 20eur/day. Outdoor hot tub as an additional service separately. (180eur/once/night) pre-heated. Full weekend and/or 2 days 230€.
