Villa-Veneranna is located in Lahti on the shores of Lake Kivijärvi. The villa has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. On the beach side we have made a new entrance, covered terrace and even uncovered terrace became more than 60m2.
The elegant interior of Villa-Veneranta is light and modern, but still we have left a few elements that respect the old days.
Villla-Veneranta can accommodate MAX 8 people. The kitchen has a complete set of dishes for 8 people and the necessary household appliances, as well as a dishwasher. The sauna is equipped with TWO Iki-orginal stoves. You can choose which heater you use. Still, when you put your favorite music on the record, the sauna experience is perfect (moisture-proof speakers in the sauna)
Thevilla has a 55" Smart TV, DVD/Blueray and a radio player with USB/AUX/Bluetooth connection. Remote work is also very successful via WLAN
.The boat beach is located on a sunny plot on the southern shore of Kivijärvi. The yard area is a manicured lawn with plantings and yard lights
.The centre of Lahti is 13 km from the cottage. In the villa you can also find “children's equipment”, i.e. a potty, a high chair, a few DVDs, sledges, sliders, sand toys
.We do not rent our villa for birthday parties or other parties to people under the age of 25.
Weekends Fri-Sun, rented whole.
Weekends 490EUR/max 6 persons. additional persons 20/EUR/person (max. 8 persons).
Summer (06-08/2024) rental only weekly between MA, 12 noon -SUN 3 pm. Other times under contract
.Holidays are priced separately.
As an additional service, fully heated, 170eur/day/night. Full weekend 200eur. We fill the bucket with water separately for each customer. Water change in the middle of the rental 70eur. Basic net cottage prices shown per max 6 persons. Additional charge 20eur/person/day.
