Upealla merenrantatontilla pieni viehättävä laajasti 2023 pintaremontoitu mökki. Soveltuu ympärivuotiseen käyttöön.
Mökin alakerrassa tupakeittiö ja kylpyhuone suihkukaapilla sekä takka. Yläkerrassa tilava (n.20m2) parvi. Kerrosala yhteensä 54m2. Alhaalla levitettävä vuodesohva 2 hengelle sekä parvella nukkumapaikat 4 hengelle.
Keittiön varustus: astianpesukone, jääkaappi/pakastin, induktiotaso, uuni, kahvinkeitin, mikro, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, sähkövatkain, sauvasekoitin sekä kattava astiasto.
Lisäksi saunatupa, jossa puulämmitteinen kiuas ja erillinen pukuhuone. Kesällä vesi letkulla ja talvella kantaen mökin sisältä. Saunavesi lämpiää kiukaan vesisäiliössä. Pihalla lisäksi grillikota, huvimaja ja puutarhakalusteet. Saunamökki ja grillikota myös sähköistetty sekä valaistu. Weber hiiligrilli sekä Muurikka kaasupolttimella myös käytettävissä.
Polttopuut sisältyy hintaan.
Mökki lämpiää sähköpattereilla ja ilmalämpöpumpulla sekä kylpyhuoneessa lattialämmitys.
Oma ranta, jossa soutuvene (sis 4 pelastusliivit) käytettävissä. Hyvä väylä avomerelle. Ranta ei ole paras mahdollinen uimiseen. Lähellä (0,8km) kävelymatkan päässä virallinen Ykskuusentien uimaranta joka soveltuu hyvin myös pienille lapsille.
Pelejä (mölkky, kroketti, lautapelejä) sekä lapsille leffoja. Samoin onget, pilkit sekä jääkaira vapaasti käytettävissä.
Wi-Fi (4G mobiilidata) interneyhteys käytettävissä ilman lisäkuluja.
Erikseen tilattava liinavaatepaketti sisältää: lakana + pussilakana + tyynyliina + pyyhkeet (iso ja pieni) hintaan 15EUR / henk.
Tilava (4000m2) tontti on aidattu ja sopii hyvin esim lemmikkien ulkoilutukseen.
Mökki hyvin saavutettavissa ja etäisyys päätielle vain alle 1km. Kemin palvelut 15min etäisyydellä.
Lämmitystolppa kahdelle autolle (käytettävissä vain talvikaudella).
Hinnat esimerkkihintoja. Tarkista päivän hinta saatavuuden ja sesongin mukaisesti. Min vuokra-aika 2 vrk. Jos vuokra-aika on lyhyempi kuin 2vrk, sovelletaan arkipäiville korotettua päivävuokraa 125EUR /vrk. Viikonloput vuokrataan vain täydellisenä (pe-su).
