Neat and well-liked lakeside cottage in a quiet and scenic location near Lahti!

Pet fee (no cats unfortunately) 20€/stay.
The cottage has a living-kitchen (fold-out sofa bed), a sleeping alcove (double bed) and a wooden sauna with dressing rooms in the same building. The cabin is comfortably heated or cooled by an air heat pump.
The surfaces of the cottage inside and out renovated in 2020 and the kitchen wall in 2018. Glass roof for terrace 2022. The windows of the cottage overlook the lake over the grassy courtyard. The cottage is in clean condition, good indoor air.
In the cottage:
- air heat pump, electric radiators, fireplace (firewood from the joinery) - double bed (140x190cm), sofa bed.
Blackout curtains can be placed in front of the sofa and in the sleeping alcove for visual protection, blackout curtains on the windows
- children's travel cot, potty, high chair - carrying water - good basic equipment for cooking, clean, well-maintained tableware - cleaning tools and materials Beach sand-bottomed and shallow between natural promontories

Beach area lagoon-like. Water very clear in calm weather. The large back of Vesijärvi opens from the cottage beach and the opposite shore is far away. A campfire place on the beach where you can spend quality time without being disturbed by anyone, often in complete silence.
The yard borders a protected beach grove that has been in a natural state for years. Many waterfowl, including the union squirrel, inhabit
washing water can be obtained from the lake, drinking water must be brought in by yourself. The owner brings the starting water, a 5l canister. In winter, the owner opens an opening for water intake.
Pets can be agreed separately. No signs of smoking should be left for the next vacationers (nazis, smell, etc.). Preferably rented for couples, single people or small families and generally for quiet cottages, not for partying.
There is no TV in the cabin. Net operation at normal speed, no coverage area.
Here in a traditional summer cottage, you can spend a relaxing and peaceful quality time in the warmth of a fireplace. While enjoying incredible natural tranquility close to the city and within a reasonable driving distance of services.

Weekly rental is always done from Monday to Sunday. The booking calendar currently only allows you to book between Mon-Mon, please note that the weekly booking ends on Sunday. The weekly reservation can also be booked directly from the calendar, taking into account only the Sunday- end date
.The price of the weekly reservation Mon-Sun is changed to the price list (during winter time 360€) when the owner accepts the reservation.

Booking and cancellation terms
Communication only in Finnish
You can cancel the reservation free of charge (in the winter season) 2 days before and (in the summer season) one month before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation fee for periods less than 20% of the rental amount.The cottage is available on arrival day at 2pm and is available until departure day at 4pm. Information about the key and arrival instructions will be provided approximately one day before the date of arrival.
Weekly rental always takes place from Monday to Sunday, other times according to agreement.

Payment terms
The reservation will be paid by the due date on the invoice. During the winter season, 10 days before the start of the reservation. During the summer season, the booking invoice is paid by the due date and the final invoice no later than one month before the
start of the booking. -
Delays and compensations
The use of thecottage includes the use of electricity and firewood, the right to use a rowing boat, a basic set of dishes and a batch of disposable dishes, as well as basic tools and the use of a sauna. The owner also brings drinking water as a starting water of 5l. Otherwise, drinking water should be brought with you.
The rental of the cottage does not include bed linen (sheets, etc.) or towels, but must be brought by the tenant himself.Loud parties should not be held at the cottage or in the courtyard areas.

Damages and deposits
The final cleaning should be done on the day of departure according to the cleaning instructions and care must be taken to leave the yard area free of debris. If the cleaning is neglected, a final cleaning fee of 70€ will be charged.
The owner is not responsible for damage caused to the lessee, for example due to a power outage, natural phenomena, algae deposits or damage caused by animals such as insects or rodents.
