The villa is located in a quiet, private holiday housing estate in the village of Mathildedal, on a slope plot, 35 m above sea level, which guarantees a seascape! The sun shines through the day and sets on the sea side. The yard is paved. Here is the most magnificent sandy beach in the region- it is private, available only to residents of the holiday home area. The beach is very child-friendly — gently deepening, hard sand bottom and plenty of space for play and sunbathing. From the villa 200m to the beach. In the apartment everywhere there is underfloor heating, sauna, storage fireplace, merbau parquet floors, wooden blinds. Living area of the house 90.0 m2 + loft 14.0 m2. Bright porch (on three sides) 56 m2. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, the loft has 2 sleeping mattresses and in addition the living room has a sofa bed for 2. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. If you need a separate highchair for your child, that's fine too. This old ironworks village is currently experiencing a new boom, with a brewery, a bakery, a spinning mill and the Matilda guest marina opened in 2016 with its services http://www.mathildanmarina.fi/. The village is located 10 minutes walking distance (1.5km). Alpacas graze in the middle of the village and their woolen knitwear is available for sale at Ruukki's Kehräämö and Puodi. In the summer you can enjoy the summer theater and in the winter there is the opportunity to go to a concert in the kanki warehouse. A café, restaurant and local pub give the area its own colour. Please note that the minimum rental period is 2 nights outside the summer season (1.6-31.8), and in the summer season 1 week. 2. Book a cottage through the “make a reservation” menu at least 2 weeks before the start of your holiday. Indicate your contact details, the time of rental of the villa, the number of people, whether you need bed linen, whether you need a high chair and if you want to order final cleaning. 3. The owner will then contact you and provide you with information on how to pay the booking fee (20% of the total price) and the final payment (the remaining 80% to be paid no later than 2 weeks before the start of the accommodation). 4. After all fees have been paid, you will receive a booking confirmation by email from the owner, including driving directions, key collection point, and other practical matters. 5. In the villa you will find a folder containing instructions for use of all household appliances, including fireplace and sauna, and other useful information to make your holiday a success 6.
