The customer review of Hiekkaranta Cottage is excellent. Not for those craving smokey romance, but if you want ease, cleanliness and a superbly appointed cabin, this is one. There is no hint of luxury cottages in Ruka or Levi. The sauna is comfortable and easy to warm up. The vapors are soft and pleasant. The lake is easily and safely accessible thanks to a well-maintained pier. The services are moderately close (10 km approximately), and in Melkoniemi you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. Good fishing waters. Host nice and answers questions quickly. Overall, from the perspective of a family with children, the cottage week went better than well.
