The spaciousrooms of the lodge are suitable even for spending a weekend with a group of friends or with family and family. Eumer Lodge is a restored building from a sawmill built in 1906, under which the river still flows. The facilities include a dining room for about 36 people and meeting rooms for 80 people. There are 42 beds and there are a few more with spare beds and mattresses.
Accommodation takes place in rooms of 3-4 people. Come evening, you can open the window and fall asleep listening to the rapids. Family gatherings, weddings, family parties or birthday parties are easy to organize in our facilities. If you want, you can buy everything on the full board, so the whole family, family or group of friends can focus on just enjoying the time together.
The space lease also includes Jokisauna, which was renewed in 2020. The sauna, located right by the river, can comfortably accommodate a large group of people bathing at the same time. Swimming or soaking in cool river water crowns the sauna experience. Or you can simply relax in the always warm 9-person hot tubs on the sauna terrace.
The sauna building also has a comfortable lounge area with a fireplace for a leisurely evening out, meeting and dining facilities for groups of up to 100 people. In the river sauna you can cook comfortably with a large double grill.
This space can also be rented separately ask for a quote. In connection with the space rental, it is also possible to rent the private river fishing area of Eumer (600 meters). Merikarvia has great fishing and outdoor recreation opportunities
.We want to keep our interiors clean and allergy friendly, so pets are unfortunately not welcome. Additional services to facilitate your holiday: Final cleaning 300€. Bed linen+towels 20€/set.
During holidays such as: Christmas 3 days 2000€, New Year 3 days 4000€, Easter 4 days 2000€, May Day, Midsummer price to-Sun 4000€, and during autumn and ski holidays rentals may be priced separately, you can inquire about these by e-mail. Weekly rent all the way to Monday-Sunday.

When booking, you must pay 30% if the reservation is more than 30 days. If less than 30 days the full amount of the reservation must be paid immediately and if you cancel the reservation then the money will not be refunded
.Please note that the Lodge-Joksauna complex is rented as a “complete cottage” only in summer and winter. Of course, ask for limited availability otherwise! Additional note: in Midsummer, Christmas and New Year, the rental price differs from the list prices

Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation is then confirmed as binding as the lessor has sent the tenant an invoice and it has been paid/the money appears in the account. If the invoice has not been paid by the due date, the lessor has the right to cancel the reservation without any inquiries

Payment terms
30% booking fee must be paid immediately upon booking and the remaining 70% fee of the reservation must be paid 30days prior to arrival, if you cancel your booking then no money will be refunded.

Delays and compensations
The rest of the invoice comes with arrival and usage instructions for the cabin.

Damages and deposits
If the tenant destroys any property of the lessor, he is obliged to notify the lessor immediately and compensate for this damage immediately.
