The new Sea Panorama 3 is a very stylish and upscale villa in a fantastic location right by the sea. The villa is ideal for both private family travel and corporate representation, from holidays to meetings all year round
.
In addition to good equipment, the modern villa offers comfortable and stylish spaces; 2 separate bedrooms, each with their own toilets, sleeping places for a total of 12 people, 4 beds with frame mattresses at the bottom and beds on the top, the rooms can be made into 2 rooms with double beds (bed solutions for the rooms can be found in the pictures), living/dining/dining meeting room (which can accommodate a year's sofa for 2 people per convertible bed sofa), as well as a covered and heated Jacuzzi terrace where one can spend time even in winter
.
The kitchen has an induction hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and fridge-freezer. Dinnerware for 20 people. In the villa you will also find a fireplace, washing machine, tumble dryer, 75" TV in the living area (both bedrooms have their own 24 inch TVs and in the living space also wireless Bluethoot blinds on the ceiling, wireless WIFI internet connection. Large glass walls guarantee views directly to the outdoor terrace and the sea. The cottage also has a cooling air heat pump in summer and curtains that reduce the sun's heat. You can admire the sea from the panoramic sauna benches and/or from the always warm and finished outdoor hot tub with 6 to 8 persons on the glazed terrace. On the beach there is a large terrace with 50 quadruped private terrace from which a swimming pier leaves, from which you can dip into the sea to swim. On the terrace there is also a gas grill

Merikarvia has great fishing and outdoor recreation opportunities. We want to keep the interior clean and allergy friendly, so pets are not welcome in the cabin (dogs that do not shed hair and are indoor clean can be taken into the cabin). Please also respect the neighboring cottagers by giving them peace to stay and enjoy the sea views
.
Additional services to make your holiday easier: Final cleaning 150€. Bed linen plus towels 20€/set. These can also be treated by yourself.

Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation is then confirmed as binding as the lessor has sent the tenant an invoice and it has been paid/the money appears in the account. If the invoice has not been paid by the due date, the lessor has the right to cancel the reservation without any inquiries

Payment terms
30% booking fee must be paid immediately upon booking and the remaining 70% fee of the reservation must be paid 30days prior to arrival, if you cancel your booking then no money will be refunded.

Delays and compensations
The rest of the invoice comes with arrival and usage instructions for the cabin.

Damages and deposits
If the tenant destroys any property of the lessor, he is obliged to notify the lessor immediately and compensate for this damage immediately.
