.This lakeside villa is a purpose-built complex that has taken into account everything that a person needs in a rented villa in order to enjoy themselves in the midst of nature. There is plenty of space and children have been thought of as well. For them, a large play area has been made in a safe place, where you can find a sliding climbing center, a trampoline and a swing. Also on the beach there is a child-friendly sandy beach. There are even more delicacies for adult tastes. The large sunny beach patio and the possibility of outdoor swimming in winter, the large outdoor pool in the main building and the large landscape windows of the beach sauna offer real lakeside luxury.
Luxury Villa Viita also offers for sleeping. We have invested in top quality Familon pro series beds that have taken into account the different lengths of sleepers. These beds are sturdy enough to carry the weight of a longer sleeper and are suitable for all body types. With Familo Pro beds, you can sleep better than ever before. Ecological and sustainable design! This framework is allowed to be enjoyed with a good sense of self. Ecology has been taken into account since the beginning.
Designed by the architect, Villa Viita is built to last for decades amidst nature. The use of external energy has been minimized and the choice of structures has focused on long service life and energy efficiency. The placement of an eco-villa is such that the sun shines unhindered throughout the day, but UV-protected landscape windows and efficient air conditioning keep the heat
away from the inside.In addition, the facilities are designed to be accessible, that is, even a wheelchair can move almost anywhere. Villa Viita is suitable as a place of representation or celebration, but also for longer stays. The living room is connected to the large open kitchen, which is perfect for big nights out where food and drink play the main role.

Villa Viita, however, is more than a place of celebration. The spaces are arranged in such a way that it is also easy to find your own peace. In addition to the cozy, two-storey and spacious main building, there is a separate pool terrace along the terrace, where you can continue the evening without disturbing others even until the morning.
The wood-burning beach sauna and its boards are handmade and are made of thick sheath sawn aspen. The steam baths can accommodate up to 14 people at a time and the large landscape windows offer stunning views of the lake. The beach sauna also has its own kitchenette, toilet, dressing room and 2 showers. The outdoor spaces are great too.
