Beautiful and warm cottage for a couple or a small family. Here it is easy to relax and enjoy your vacation. Outside you can hear the sounds of nature and at night you can admire the stars without light pollution. However, less than 1.5h drive to Turku, Helsinki or Tampere. The cottage is located on the shore of a large private pond. The pond is not deep, but you can swim. The cottage is on its own large quiet plot. There are no other residents along the cottage roads, so there is no passing traffic nearby. The cottage has an outhouse, electricity and potable tap water.

- gas grill outside, well equipped kitchen inside
- there is electricity in the cabin

- there is no shower, the washing water is heated in the cauldron
- in the loft of the cottage a double bed for two

- in the surroundings of the cottage there is a lot of forest and long dirt roads for outdoor activities.
- The cottage is in a quiet area.
- mainly all furniture, duvets/pillows and mattresses have been renovated in 2022-2023.
- Final cleaning and bed linen are not included in the price. However, they succeed for a separate fee.

Booking and cancellation terms
Booking fee 50% of the cabin rent. We will not refund the booking fee if the guest cancels the booking. For cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of the booking, we will only charge the booking fee. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the stay, we will charge the full price and the guest must contact their own passenger insurance for compensation.

Payment terms
50% of the rent within a week, the other 50% will be paid about two weeks before the start of the reservation.

Delays and compensations
The
renter of the cottage is responsible if fixed furnishings or movable property are destroyed/stolen in the cabin by the renter himself or others who have been in the cabin. We bill for any potential destruction for the replacement price + travel expenses + time spent.
