Here is a cottage for you who do not miss all the modern comforts, but rather appreciate the natural peace, tranquility, and the atmosphere of a 100 year old log house restored with a feeling. The cottage is located on the borders of Perho and Kivijärvi, 1.5 km from the asphalt road at the end of a well-maintained gravel road. Around there are vast wilderness areas with abundant ponds. In the area, you can meet a deer, hear a goose, a shrew or a quack howl. In the spring, you can enjoy the refreshing drinks of tea from the sauna terrace. The cottage is electrified with solar panels that serve as lighting, a water pump, a refrigerator of 115 liters and small electrical appliances such as cell phones and other chargers. The stove operates on gas. In the kitchen you can find the necessary cutlery and utensils. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two separate beds. There is a spreading bed in the tub. The cottage has a large storage fireplace, a baking oven and a wood stove. In the second bedroom there is a stove. You can find bed linen, but you have to bring the sheets when you arrive. If there are more than 6 guests, additional persons 10€/day. The sauna is wood-heated and the water is heated in a separate cauldron. In the dressing room of the sauna there is a roll-out bed and the oversize ones can also be spent overnight. Electricity also comes to the beach cottage. There is a sink on the wall of the sauna, and well water comes from the tap. Water can be used as domestic water, but drinking water must be brought in when it comes. There is a sunken tub in the sauna terrace which is also accessible. The water in the lake is dark but clean. The beach is designed so that it is good for children to swim. As you go deeper, rocks through the lake abound. You can fish and snare in the lake. A boat, oars and a few life jackets can be found. Next to the cottage is a volleyball court. A dog cage and booth can also be found. The cottage is located in the state's small game Kivijärvi 6613 area and hunting lands are more than 22000 hectares. For those who like hiking, Salamaperä Nature Park is located a couple of kilometers away. A marked trail runs through the nature park to the Koirajärvi Nature Reserve. An excursion in the natural forest is a memorable experience. The nature reserve begins with extensive hiking trails to Salamajärvi National Park. The most famous route is the Deer Path. Koirajärvi also has several ponds where you can fish for loggerhead trout and trout with a separate permit. There is no basic heat in the cabin, so heating the cottage in the winter season is so laborious that renting it does not make sense. During the winter, the water supply does not come from the tap, but must be supplied from the lake. In the darkest season, the capacity of solar panels is not enough even for lighting. Whatever questions there are, I will be happy to answer
