Welcome to enjoy the tranquility of nature in Lapland's finest lake landscapes. The cozy and cozy log cabin of Jussanmaa is located on the shores of the fishy Lake Äkäsjärvi next to Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park, in the middle of the most beautiful nature in Lapland. The cottage is a real beach hut, less than 20 m from the beach. Our own beach is less than 150 m away. Your own peace and privacy are guaranteed. The nearest neighbors are located more than 100 m away
. Thelocation of the cottage is ideal. In your own peace but a short trip to the main destinations. Olos and Muonio 20 min, Pallas 25 min, Äkäslompolo (Ylläs) 25 min, Levi 30 min, Kittilä airport 40 min and Kolar train station 50 min
. At the bottomof the cottage you will find a living room with a sofa bed, a toilet and a wood-burning sauna with new boards. Upstairs there are accommodation facilities (2xdouble beds and sofa bed), a lounge area and a work desk with an electric table (dock, screens, etc.). Outside there is a beach hut, a swimming place, a place for worship and storage facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a basic level, as well as a fireplace, a baking oven and a wood stove. The freezer can be found in the tub. Sauna is a spacious wood-burning sauna and you can take a dip in the lake from the beach if you
wish.In summer, the cabin's boat is available to the tenants with vests, fishing supplies (including whitefish nets) and, if desired, an outboard motor. In winter, snowshoes, sledges, drills, etc. are used for the equipment. Firewood is included in the price and blueberries can be found in the yard. The snowmobile trail can be accessed from the lake.
Theproperty is primarily rented for the whole week (Sat-Sat). For off-peak and last minute bookings, you can also ask for shorter, longer and different periods as well as offers, but with a minimum rental period of 3 days. Arrival at the cottage after 4 pm and departure
at 11 am.Additional services available to order:

For thetime being, there is no dedicated infrastructure for charging an electric car, and the electrification of the cabin is not planned for charging an electric car. However, if you want to charge from a regular outlet then the charging cable should be overheat protected. Any damage will be borne by the tenant. The charge for charging electricity is 5 e/day.
Pets are allowed only with a separate permit. Pet fee 30 e/per pet/rental

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThe cleaning of the cottage is, in principle, the responsibility of the renter. Final cleaning can be ordered separately for 70 e. A minimum of EUR 100 will always be charged for incomplete cleaning, as well as other possible expenses arising from incomplete cleaning. After each rental, a check is carried out on the property before the next tenant arrives. The instructions sent by e-mail and at the cottage should be read and acted upon. In case of doubt, you should contact the landlord.
