Tight cancellation policy

If the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Any advance payments that may be collected are also non-refundable. The customer has the right to recover the amount paid, with the exception of the advance payment, if the customer himself or a person living in a joint household with him becomes seriously ill, has an accident or dies.
