Iltatähti (172 m2) is a lovely and high quality villa with stunning views of Päijänne. From the landscape window of the 6 m high living room you can see a magnificent landscape over Päijänne up to 40 km away; a work of art that is different every day of the year. The villa has five bedrooms. Iltatähti is a well-decorated, beautiful and atmospheric villa where you can spend your holidays above everyday life. Evening Star is a modern and slightly romantic, authentic log villa in light tones. White, black, mud and silver have been used in the interior. The living room includes a large white fireplace with quartz surface and black glossy stone floors. Evening Star can comfortably accommodate 2-4 families or a larger group of friends or work. There are beds for 14 people (+ 2 extra beds). Villa equipment: Large Festivo ice/ cooler with freezer compartment, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, drying cupboard, washing machine, sauna for 8 persons, bath cube for 8 persons (extra price 190 €/2 nights), 2 toilets, blankets and pillows for 16 persons (no linen). Ground floor: Living room with large corner sofa, fireplace, 65" smart TV, blu ray player, large dining table for 10. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, toilet, sauna facilities. Upstairs: Three bedrooms with a total of 8 beds + double sofa bed, 37” tv and dvd — player, toilet. Terrace: Partially covered terrace with gas grill and table group for 12 (not in winter season). The landscapes of Riihivuori are rare in Finland. Relax on the Riihivuori with the outdoors or just admire the magnificent scenery. Take a memorable trip amidst the varied nature of Riihivuori. In summer, activities are offered by Muuramejoki, the surrounding Päijänne and many trails, places to visit and the Muurame golf course. Jyväskylä's cultural and other offerings are about 20 minutes' drive away. Rental prices are seasonally dependent. Call to inquire about the exact rental price and time. Booking starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on
the day of departure.
Weekend 850€, Arkivrk 250€ Compulsory final cleaning is added to the prices 115 Euros A bath cube for 8 persons: 190€/weekend or 150€/arkiv. Bed linen can be ordered separately: 13€ / person or when added 20€/person. The reservist must be at least 20 years of age. Pets are prohibited.
