The cottage can be rented in a smaller size as a cabin and a chamber, which can accommodate up to 4 beds, or the cottage can be rented with an additional wing and, if necessary, also using the upper floor of the cottage, which can accommodate up to 12 beds. With a large number of guests, it is also a question of increasing the capacity of the bathroom with a separate toilet and shower barracks. Of course, the price depends on what kind of whole cottage you want to rent. Please note that we rent the cottage primarily for longer periods, from a few weeks to months. Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation. If the final payment has also been paid and/or the cottage has already been commissioned, the payments will not be refunded in any part.

Payment terms
The price is always determined on a case-by-case basis depending on how long and how large the group (i.e. how much of the cottage) is rented. So ask for an offer! The booking fee is charged 50% of the rental amount during the 7-day payment period. However, if the rental date is very close, the booking fee will not be charged separately. The basic principle is that the rest of the rent is also paid before the start of the rental. However, for a rental period of several months, the final payment may be invoiced in several installments during
the rental period. -
Delays and compensations
The rental agreement and additional information indicating the rental conditions will be sent to the tenant of the cottage to the e-mail address indicated by him.

Damages and deposits
The client is liable for damages caused by people or animals who entered the cottage by him or through him, and these may be billed to him. The same applies to the situation when the cottage is not restored in terms of cleanliness in the agreed
condition. -
