Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental terms-The use of the hot tub is included in the price. If the customer's own negligence causes the water to become dirty and the water needs to be changed, this will be an additional cost of 150€. (The whole washing and heating process takes 1 day and may cause the next tenant to have a day without a hot tub) -The master bedroom is carpeted, no eating or drinking is allowed in the room. For the removal of the garden, the cleaner charges 150€/stain. You should not try to remove stains on your own initiative except by drying! The fiber in the carpet does not stand up to whooping! By renting an item, you agree to these terms and conditions.
