Tervetuloa Saloharjuun! HUOM! Saloharju on vuokrattavissa ainoastaan kesäisin. Nettimökin päivityksen vuoksi saatavuudessa ja hinnoittelussa voi olla virheitä.
Uusi palju kesä 2018. Lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja. Emme myöskään vuokraa alaikäisille. Huomioitan, että mökin maksimi henkilömäärä on viisi. Juhlista tms. tulee sopia erikseen. Minimivuokrausaika on 2 vrk tai 2 vrk:n hinta. Sesonkina viikko. Kohteen tiedot: Kesämökki sijaitsee luonnon rauhassa, kuitenkin vain pyöräilymatkan päässä Naarajärven taajamasta (6km) ja Pieksämäen kaupungin keskustasta (10km). Vuokraamme mökkiä vain kesäisin ajalla toukokuu - syyskuu. **************************** Viihtyisä, kauniisti sisustettu ja huolella pidetty kesämökki on sopivan kokoinen esim. neljälle aikuiselle ja yhdelle lapselle. Kohde on remontoitu lähes täysin keväällä 2011 ja kesällä 2014 pihaan ilmestyi upouusi suomalaista käsityötä oleva grillikota. Kesällä 2018 palju (ulkopuolinen kamina) uusittu. Kohteessa on päämökki, jossa on alkovi parisänkyineen, tupa, jossa on levitettävä vuodesohva sekä keittiönurkkaus. Mökistä löytyy mm. tv, radiosoitin, kahvinkeitin ja mikro. Erillisestä ulko-ovesta pääsy sisävessaan. Lämmityksenä varaava takka sekä patteri. Mökin tilavalla terassilla mahdollisuus grillaukseen kaasugrillillä. Tilavassa ja viihtyisässä kuuden neliön hirsisessä nukkuma-aitassa on parisänky ja makuutilat kahdelle. Lisälämmityksenä patteri. Erillisessä rantasaunassa on koko perheen yhtäaikaa kylvettävä sauna sekä tilava terassi, jossa on puulämmitteinen palju, jos järveen ei tarkene mennä. Halutessasi voit pyytää meitä lämmittämään paljun etukäteen ( 50€), muuten käyttö polttopuineen sisältyy vuokraan. Mökissä lasten ruokapöydänistuin. Myös matkasänky saatavissa. Booking and cancellation terms
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION Cancellation must always be made in writing (letter, e-mail, telefax). The cancellation shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment of notification of the cancellation. If the customer proves that the cancellation has been made and sent to the correct address at the right time, the cancellation will be accepted, even if it is late or does not arrive at all. An advance fee (20%) will be withheld for cancellation of the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled later than 21 days before the start of the holiday, the full price of the holiday will be charged. If the holiday destination can be marketed to another customer who receives an equivalent amount, the advance payment will be withheld.
In the event of force major, the owner may cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Payment termsThe
customer will be sent a booking confirmation with the name of the resort, the owner's name and address details, driving directions and an invoice for payment of the rent. This information can also be sent by e-mail.
Anadvance fee of 20% will be charged at the time of booking. The final payment is due one month before the date of arrival.
If the advance payment or final payment has not been paid by the due date, the owner has the right to cancel the reservation

Delays and compensationsThe
keys to the cottage are handed over to the customer by the owner in advance, either by phone or at the estimated time of arrival as indicated by him otherwise. The cottage is available to the guest for weekly reservations from the day of arrival at 16.00 to the departure at 12.00. The rental of the cottage includes furniture, cooking and dining utensils and cutlery, electricity and water and firewood. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are included in the rental price. The customer brings bed linen and towels, as well as toilet and kitchen papers. Bed linen can also be rented. The cleaning of the apartment during and at the end of the holiday is done by the client himself. Cleaning services can also be purchased from landlords. If no cleaning has been completed at the end of the reservation and the owner/guardian has to take care of it before the arrival of the next customer, the owner is entitled to charge a cleaning fee of at least €100. The maximum occupancy of the holiday destination is the maximum number of persons indicated in the description of the resort as the number of beds or which the holiday destination has been agreed upon when booking. Celebrations and other occasions where the number of people in the resort is temporarily exceeded must be agreed in advance with the guardian or owner

Damages and deposits
The customer is obliged to compensate the owner of the property directly for the damage caused to the resort or its property.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking inside will result in the cancellation of the reservation and a €100 ventilation fee will be charged on top of that
.All comments and complaints relating to the resort must be addressed immediately upon their appearance and during the holiday directly to the owner
